I. General Provisions

To foster a clear, harmonious, green, and healthy online environment, uphold cyber civility and order, and safeguard users' lawful rights and interests, Baining Yingchuang Platform, in accordance with and implementing the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of Minors of the People's Republic of China, the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content, and other relevant laws, regulations, and management policies of competent authorities, jointly establishes with users the Baining Yingchuang Platform Self-Regulatory Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”).

II. The Platform Advocates the Following Conduct

(1) Jointly participate in building a civilized online environment by creating content that aligns with national policies, serves the broader economic and social development, reflects the trends of the times, and showcases the achievements of national rejuvenation. This fosters unity and strengthens resolve for building a modernized nation and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

(2) Jointly establish an atmosphere of equality and mutual respect within the platform, treating other users with courtesy. Show care for minors and the elderly, uphold gender equality; refrain from attacking, abusing, insulting, defaming, or discriminating against others, and do not infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others.

(3) Encourage users to publish original, high-quality content; emphasize the proper use of language, minimize ambiguous expressions such as pinyin initial abbreviations, and consciously adhere to linguistic norms.

(4) Promote the sharing of positive and uplifting content. Refrain from spreading unverified information. Advocate against creating, spreading, or believing rumors. Work together to build a clear and healthy online environment.

(5) Users must complete real-name verification before first use. Safeguard account information and use account privileges responsibly. Do not lend or transfer user accounts to others in any form. The platform pledges to safeguard user personal information and regulate data processing activities;

(6) Users are advised to enhance cybersecurity awareness and remain vigilant against high-risk online scams involving social networking, gambling inducements, loans, rebates, lottery wins, and online part-time “like” workers. Report any suspicious activity to the platform immediately.

III. Prohibited Activities on the Platform

User-posted content must comply with laws and regulations including the Cybersecurity Law, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, and the Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content. Users shall not post or disseminate information containing the following content:

(1) Illegal information endangering national and social security

1. Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

2. Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

3. Damaging the honor and interests of the state;

4. Distorting, defaming, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs; infringing upon the names, images, reputations, or honors of heroes and martyrs through insults, defamation, or other means;

5. Promoting terrorism or extremism; inciting terrorist or extremist activities;

6. Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity;

7. Undermining state religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstitions;

8. Spreading rumors that disrupt economic or social order;

9. Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, or terror-related content, or inciting criminal activities;

10. Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights and interests;

11. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

(II) Malicious Information Undermining the Cyberspace Civilization Ecosystem

1. Using exaggerated headlines that are grossly inconsistent with the content;

2. Hyping gossip, scandals, or misconduct;

3. Improper commentary on natural disasters, major accidents, or other calamities;

4. Content containing sexual innuendo, sexual provocation, or other elements likely to evoke sexual associations;

5. Content depicting bloodshed, horror, cruelty, or other elements causing psychological or physical discomfort;

6. Content inciting discrimination against groups or regions;

7. Content promoting vulgar, trivial, or pandering material;

8. Content that may induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviors, violate social ethics, or develop harmful habits;

9. Other content that adversely impacts the online ecosystem.

(III) Dishonest Acts Violating Social Ethics

1. Infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests, including reputation, privacy, patents, trademarks, etc.;

2. Posting, transmitting, or disseminating rumors, false information, or other content containing inaccurate information;

3. Publishing content that maliciously speculates or misinterprets platform regulations;

4. Fabricating or impersonating another person's identity, or posting information under a company name, brand, or trademark not legally owned or held by oneself;

5. Using any improper means to obtain fraudulent data, including but not limited to comments, reposts, likes, or other forms of cheating.

IV. Protection of Minors

If you are under 18 years of age, you must carefully read this Agreement under your guardian's guidance and obtain their consent before using the platform. If you have not obtained guardian consent, your guardian may contact the platform to address the relevant account. The platform reserves the right to restrict account functionality (including but not limited to browsing, posting information, and interacting). We will collaborate with guardians to protect minors' physical and mental well-being. If you are a guardian, you must fulfill your duty of care toward minors by monitoring their online safety, guiding them in reasonable internet use, fostering healthy online habits, and preventing addiction to virtual spaces.

The platform will actively fulfill its obligations in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Law on the Protection of Minors and the Regulations on the Protection of Minors Online. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and interests of minors, ensuring the safety and well-being of minor users on the platform. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to use platform services to abuse, harm, endanger, or maliciously exploit minors, or to instill erroneous values in minors. Users are strictly prohibited from posting or reposting content that adversely affects, harms, or induces minors' physical and mental health, including but not limited to:

(1) Information containing sexual innuendo, sexual provocation, or other content likely to evoke sexual associations;

(2) Information depicting bloodshed, horror, cruelty, or other elements causing physical or mental discomfort;

(3) Information promoting vulgar, trivial, or kitsch content;

(4) Information that may induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviors, violate social ethics, or develop harmful habits;

(5) Other content that affects, harms, or induces risks to the safety and physical/mental health of minors.

V. Platform Management Approach

The Baining Yingchuang platform provides users with accessible channels for reporting violations and filing infringement complaints. Should users encounter illegal or harmful content, or material infringing upon personal rights, they may submit reports or complaints through the platform. The platform will provide feedback on the progress of handling within 7 business days.

For violations of this Agreement, Baining Yingchuang Platform will take measures including but not limited to restricting user account privileges, deleting or blocking non-compliant content, and suspending non-compliant user accounts, while notifying the violating users. For repeated violations of this Agreement or those causing severe adverse effects, we will report to the competent authorities in accordance with the law based on the severity of the circumstances.

VI. Effective Date and Amendments
