Medical Device Sales
Job Requirements
1. Responsible for regional market development and product promotion. Implement regional market development plans and specific implementation measures in accordance with the company's market development strategy and sales targets to enhance the company and product brand.
2. Responsible for product recruitment in the regional market, completing the task of developing target market agents and marketing activities. Effectively decompose and implement sales tasks while ensuring timely collection of payments.
3. Collect and organize market intelligence to comprehensively track market shifts and competitor activities. Analyze market dynamics, regularly assess trends, characteristics, and development trajectories, providing data-driven insights for the company. Monitor client needs within the region and deliver specialized support to customers under your jurisdiction.
4. Establish robust customer relationship management systems, promptly address client objections and complaints to enhance satisfaction, and cultivate long-term, stable, and positive regional client relationships.
5. Collect, organize, categorize, and archive potential client data, preparing monthly statistical analysis reports.
6. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Recruitment Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher, preferably in a medical-related field;
2. Minimum three years of experience in medical device industry market development and channel management;
3. Sales professionals with manufacturer background preferred; those with strong distributor background may also be considered;
4. Familiarity with surgical consumables and sales experience in surgical equipment/consumables (breast/thyroid surgery preferred). Candidates with exceptional expertise in other consumable fields may also be considered. (Pure equipment experience not considered);
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent market judgment and business development capabilities;
6. Willingness to travel and work overseas;
7. Requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional personal presence and demeanor.
