1. Be proficient in purchasing material inspection and establish material inspection procedures;
2. Manage inspection personnel, oversee and review their work;
3. Conduct training for inspection personnel;
4. Use data analysis to confirm the reliability and stability of incoming material quality;
5. Be accountable for inspection conclusions and make judgments and dispositions based on material inspection procedures.

1. Environmental Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechanical Design, or Mechatronics Engineering

2. 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a Quality Technology Department

3. Strong planning and execution capabilities; demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve issues

4. Strong sense of principle, responsibility, and teamwork; proficient laboratory skills
