Medical Device After-Sales Specialist

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in computer operations and skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
2. Responsible for receiving, tracking, and resolving customer complaints, providing solutions for product malfunctions.
3. Assist in organizing and analyzing post-sales fault data, establishing a knowledge base of troubleshooting methods, and performing other quality-related tasks.
4. Complete other duties as assigned by superiors.

Recruitment Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher in electronics, mechanical engineering, or electromechanical engineering;
2. 1-3 years of experience in after-sales service;
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven customer relationship management abilities;
4. Demonstrated learning aptitude and strong willingness to learn, coupled with ambition; diligent and hands-on approach.
