1. Responsible for product structural development and design. Undertake structural and aesthetic design tasks according to project plans and requirements, submit proposals to the R&D Manager for approval and confirmation, and produce standardized technical documentation.

2. Responsible for evaluating new and improved products, including aspects such as appearance, design solutions, material costs, development expenses, and timelines.

3. Responsible for organizing testing and validation of structural components used in design development, and establishing validation standards.

4. Manage product structural design changes. Validate and document modifications based on market or production feedback.

5. Provide technical support and resolution for customer complaints and market research analysis.

6. Produce engineering drawings and define incoming material specifications and standards.

7. Deliver structural technical support. Address structural issues in production, quality inspection, and customer complaint resolution to ensure product compliance.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of product structural design experience. Familiarity with finite element analysis preferred.

2. Proficient in structural design, manufacturing processes, and product development workflows with a deep understanding of structural and aesthetic design principles.

3. Experience in medical device structural design preferred.

4. Proficiency in 3D modeling software preferred.
